FOR21 presentation at the Round table ‘Teaching the skills of communicating with patients in educational programs of medical organizations: successful practices, difficulties, possible solutions’ by NWSMU

On April 27 2021 NWSMU team administrative staff and teacher Zakhar Lopatin participated in Round table ‘Teaching the skills of communicating with patients in educational programs of medical organizations: successful practices, difficulties, possible solutions’, organised by ROSOMED Society. He presented a report ‘Experience in teaching communication skills of Mechnikov North-Western State Medical University’ in which he demonstrated how the FOR21 innovations into university curriculum will upgrade communication competence in medical students. He also presented curriculum modification plan and showed how the changes will correlate with the new educational standards that will be put in action starting from the next academic year.
