On March 29, 2023, at KazNMU, a midterm control was conducted using Advanced VP case and methodological materials (case, tutor and student notes, assessment sheets) developed as part of the FOR21 Erasmus + project.
The practical lesson was open, therefore, along with the students, there were teachers from the Department of Communication Skills.
The students were very positive on the format of the midterm assessment. Based on feedback received, students stressed out that the format was very innovative and interesting. The VP had deep reflection of the situation, and the methodology helped them to analyze well both the scenario played and their knowledge.
The teachers were very interested in the methodology, because according to the observations during the assignment, the students had good concentration, interest and deep understanding of the case. In the work of the tutor, it was noted the ease, accessibility of teaching using the tutor’s notes. All teachers expressed willingness to conduct classes in this format.
